When I was in the market for a camera bag I wanted one that wasn’t going to scream “camera bag” to the outside world.
I also wanted a bag that wasn’t too bulky but at the same time big enough to fit my equipment into. After researching various different camera bags I eventually found the Crumpler 6 Million Dollar Home Photo Bag.
Today i’m going to review this bag just for you.
The Crumpler 6 Million Dollar Home Photo Bag is a medium sized DSLR camera bag that is stylishly made with an excellent build quality which you would expect from a major camera accessory manufacturer such as Crumpler.
The 6 million dollar bag can easily carry a camera body, battery grip, 2-3 lenses (depending on size of lens) and a flash gun.
Before using this camera bag my usual bag was an ordinary messenger bag with no padding, not only did this cause me to bump my camera around a bit but it also meant that finding my equipment took up more time than necessary.
A feature that I like on the Crumpler bag is its compartments which allow you to store your equipment away in separate sections, these sections can also be adjusted thanks to the help of the Velcro Dividers, this means you can totally personalise your bag into a way that suits you best.
The Velcro Dividers also mean that you don’t have to worry about your equipment not fitting in the compartments as you can change the compartment sizes to suit your camera equipment, this feature alone is worth choosing this bag over any other, however there are many more features which make this bag an excellent choice for you.

For the more organised people among us you will be glad to know that the 6 million dollar Crumpler bag has a separate front pocket that allows you to store your memory cards, batteries and other accessories out of the way of your main equipment, I have found this makes finding your equipment much easier.
Since using this bag I have become much more organised which allows me to become less stressed when shooting on location because I know exactly where all my equipment is stored and I know it’s safe when it’s stored there.
The only bad point that I can come up with when reviewing this bag is the fact that its advertised as a messenger bag, even though this bag is in the style of a messenger bag I would say its slightly wider. That however is only a small criticism as the Crumpler messenger bag series are by far the best looking camera bags that I have ever seen and used and are in no way bulky.
Overall the Crumpler 6 Million Dollar Home Photo Bag is an excellent camera bag that is discreet, well built, affordable and stylish. This camera bag that does everything you expect and want a camera bag to do.

If you’re looking for a bag that can store a little more equipment it may be worth checking out the 7 million dollar bag, however this bag is quite a lot more expensive ($145) and in my opinion you’re getting better value for money with the 6 million dollar bag.

This is a well designed bag. It’s stylish and doesn’t look like a camera bag on the outside. I’m a 5’7″ woman of average build and it doesn’t look/feel huge on me like some of the larger camera bags do. Its feels very light and I could carry it all day. My Nikon D90 with multi-power battery pack fits nicely…

Ive owned several messenger type camera bags, i love the crumpler range i got the 6 million and 7 million bags for when im shooting on location
I have the crumpler muffin top and I’ve also had the lowepro bags too. Both bags are good but I agree if u don’t want a bag that screams camera bag then get a crumpler. Good revie m8
